Overview
GlobalJobSuccess is a digital product platform operated by Stellarizon Digitals Ltd. All products and deliverables — including the Job Hunter Pack (CV PDF, hiring manager contacts, and outreach scripts) — are digital goods delivered by email.
Refund Eligibility
We want every customer to receive what they paid for. Our refund policy is straightforward:
If you do not receive your deliverables: We will first attempt to resend or resolve the delivery issue. If we are unable to deliver your products within a reasonable timeframe, we will issue a full refund.
No change-of-mind refunds: Once your digital deliverables have been successfully delivered, refunds are not available for change of mind. This is consistent with UK consumer law regarding digital content.

Processing Time
Refund requests are reviewed within 2–3 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
