GlobalJobSuccess provides AI-powered career tools including:

  • CV Builder: AI-guided professional CV creation with ATS-optimised templates.
  • ATS Keyword Optimizer: Job description analysis and keyword matching.
  • Job Hunter Pack: Comprehensive career toolkit delivered via email.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in GBP with adaptive pricing available for other currencies. Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create using our tools, including CVs and analyses. GlobalJobSuccess and its underlying technology, design, and branding remain the intellectual property of Stellarizon Digitals Ltd.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for unlawful purposes.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the service.
  • Share account credentials with others.
  • Submit false or misleading information.
  • Overload or disrupt the service infrastructure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stellarizon Digitals Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
