1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of GlobalJobSuccess, operated by Stellarizon Digitals Ltd (Company No. 16748429). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services

GlobalJobSuccess provides AI-powered career tools including:

  • CV Builder: AI-guided professional CV creation with ATS-optimised templates.
  • ATS Keyword Optimiser: Job description analysis and keyword matching.
  • Job Hunter Pack: Comprehensive career toolkit delivered via email.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in GBP with adaptive pricing available for other currencies. Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create using our tools, including CVs and analyses. GlobalJobSuccess and its underlying technology, design, and branding remain the intellectual property of Stellarizon Digitals Ltd.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for unlawful purposes.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the service.
  • Share account credentials with others.
  • Submit false or misleading information.
  • Overload or disrupt the service infrastructure.

7. Data Sourcing

Hiring manager contacts and lead lists provided through the Job Hunter Pack are compiled from publicly available professional sources, including (but not limited to) public LinkedIn profiles, company websites, public press releases, business directories, and other openly accessible online materials.

We do not scrape private accounts, bypass platform protections, or purchase personal data from unauthorised third parties. All data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws (UK GDPR / EU GDPR), and our lawful basis is legitimate interest for compiling business contact information.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or current validity of any contact data. Information on roles, employers, or contact details may change without our knowledge. Users should verify any details independently before relying on them.

LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Microsoft, Google, and other product names referenced are trademarks of their respective owners. Reference to these platforms is purely descriptive and does not imply any affiliation, endorsement, or partnership.

8. No Guarantee of Outcomes

GlobalJobSuccess provides career tools, templates, AI-generated suggestions, and contact data designed to support your job search. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to:

  • Receiving interview invitations or job offers.
  • Replies or response rates from hiring managers contacted.
  • Performance of CVs against any specific Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Salary increases, promotions, or career progression.

Results depend on individual effort, skills, market conditions, employer preferences, and many other factors outside our control. Outputs generated by AI tools (including CV content, keyword suggestions, and outreach templates) are for informational purposes only and should be reviewed, edited, and personalised by you before use.

9. User Responsibility for Outreach Compliance

When using contact data or outreach templates supplied through our service, you remain solely responsible for ensuring that your communications comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies, including but not limited to:

  • UK GDPR and EU GDPR — including lawful basis for processing, transparency, and respecting opt-out / unsubscribe requests.
  • Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) — rules around unsolicited direct marketing communications.
  • CAN-SPAM Act (USA) and equivalent anti-spam laws in other jurisdictions.
  • Platform terms of service — including LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email provider acceptable use policies.

You agree not to use contact data or templates for bulk spam, harassment, fraudulent purposes, or any communication that misrepresents your identity. If a recipient asks you to stop contacting them, you must comply immediately. We accept no liability for misuse of supplied data, and you indemnify Stellarizon Digitals Ltd against any claims arising from your outreach activities.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stellarizon Digitals Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
